Anyone regularly lubricating their panoramic roof? Was wondering what is good to use?

I suspect a ceramic grease rather than a petroleum based one.

Was wondering the same myself the other day.
interested to hear if anybody has used anything specific.
On the subject, what is it that apparently fails on these?

Usually the rear section fails to go down. Can be the rails, or cable, or plastic parts that just don't seem up to the job.
There is a way to disable the rear section on here somewhere.

Ive been using a silicone grease / ptfe spray. I just wipe around the edges to clean the dirt off and provide some lubrication to the outside seals.
Usually have to do it monthly or the roof starts to stick and refuses to go down

Thanks for the replies. I bit of googling suggests white lithium grease is used by many. I will give the runners a good clean up and give that a try.

Grease will attract dust and dirt which will get trapped in the grease and increase wear, as mentioned above silicone/ptfe spray is better
