All I can say is that I am amazed at this level of service

I ordered a set of Autosocks for the beast yesterday at around lunchtime and paid the 5.25 for delivery by courier.......

Not expecting to get them this side of Christmas due to the fact they were coming from Cumbria to Kent and something called snow which was the reason behind me buying them.....

Imagine my amazement when wifie phones me at 11 this morning to tell me that they have arrived.........

Now that is service for you and I cannot praise them enough......

Thats excellent service did they use royal mail, we found all deliverys by them to be excellent but all other courier deliverys have been a nightmare. Look forward to hearing how they work?

They can be really good, they can be really bad ...

My roofbox came quick like yours, all fine. My Spike Spider snow chains took weeks to arrive early this year and no communications from the company, nor being able to get in touch either.

My snow socks came from Roofbox and they took 10days + to arrive and I got them last week :D They really help. Did you just get the two as with my 19's I can only get ones that fit on the front but have done me proud ?

I couldnt beleive the difference. The only trouble is getting the buggers off. Try doing that with acrylic nails and a fur coat. When you do post the pics up

Glad you had a good experience with roofbox......I ordered something showing as in stock when I was still on contract in Norfolk (one of those Thule bag systems that fit on the towball) and they were very diffident about it......rather ho-hum, don't have it, don'tknow when we'll have it etc etc. Difficult to get on the phone. Ordered it from Leisureshack instead and got it next day delivery.......

Maybe the recession has woken them up a little??? But it is nice when you get something delivered so smartly!

I found them very good. I bought a set of SpikesSpiders from them years ago for an M3 and they told me just what extensions I needed to make them fit my M5 and shipped them quickly when I told them I'd been useless and only woken up to the fact that I needed the extensions a few days before a ski trip.
