After owning my x for a few weeks the rear brakes started to squeak, so off with the rear wheels to strip and clean/grease the pads only to discover that the rear flexi pipes were knackered , the previous owner had the new pads fitted in February , now wouldn't you of thought that, the previous owner would of had the brake pipes renewed at the same time or didn't the grease monkey tell the owner how bad the pipes were corroded ffs .

Re: knackered rear brake pipes
That hasn't happened overnight so the Garage that MOT'd the car is one to avoid as well, or maybe it's the same one that changed the Pads??

Ive just removed all the plastic trims underneath the nearside to expose all the brake pipes and there all in really good condition so ive blown them over with the wax oil gun to protect them .
