Can you help me identify this pipework fitting

I need some help identifying this fitting on my 4.6 2003 e53, the plastic push fit connector seems loose and I want to get it replaced. I'm struggling to get my TIS cd's working at present. 64 bit 32 bit problems of compatibility.
