Hello and  :hi:

What exactly 'happened' to that E36?  Elephant stampede?

Glad you're ok after the 'incident'; have a word with the garage owner about the settings on his car wash rollers if it did that to your e36!-you should at least get a free wheel wash and a Mars bar! :)
e53 looks grand!

The sales part was very sub standard after they had my money.
The service manager (Kevin) was great. He went out of his way to rectify as much as possible when the sales let me down.
The car is great but I won't be buying from them again, to me the customer experience is what makes you go back.

Since then I have been involved in buying 5 (£100k) other cars for friends and family that could have been there's if they had treated me better.

no problems after 1500 miles  :))
At the garage having air conditioning fixed (through garage warranty) so new compressor, tensioner and re gassed. Very pleased with their efforts tbh

An update about after sales dealer experience:

Yesterday my X3 failed its MOT for both rear springs being broken so I called the dealer and this morning I was in the workshop (I think I saw your X5 on the ramps) getting them replaced free of charge.
Like you I have a warranty but even so that level of service is very impressive.

Always good when the after sales of a company selling you a car is up to standard. Too often it's the other way round.
