Hi this is similar to the Corsa I had with a DPF and it needed regenerating - vauxhall said run the car for 50 miles at 4000 rpm on the diesel Corsa to heat it up sufficiently to burn the residue form it.
They I fact just leave it in car park reving to get red hot.
My mate works for vauxhall and they have lot of probs with Zafira diesels as the DPF is locates a long way from manifold and so doesn't get too hot some even try wrapping the exhaust manifold to DPF to help but not sure how good it works tbh.
