Hi from another Lancs newbie

Picking up my new gleeming '04 X5 next week, can't wait.  Need to upgrade the TV thingy. Guess I'll need a free view box. Any advice will be gratefully received.  :)

Hi and welcome to the forum by a fellow Lancastrian.
Digital TV modules were fitted from late 2004 I think, but someone will give you a more accurate date.
I've still got a set of HIDS  (55w, 6000 k ) and LED front marker light kits that I took of mine when I PX'd her. If you fancy a cheap mod. That's if you haven't got the factory Xenons that is £30 fitted, if your local to me :) :)

Hello &  :hi:

As above, hybrid receivers began in October 2004 and are not very good in motion though fine when stationery.

You'll need to get one from Fleabuy as the OEM module is  :o price wise.  Make sure it is a proper one though as scammers are known to put analogue only units on sale...... >:(

Good luck with the new toy..... 8)
