newbie saying hello!

hey all

been lurking for a while now and finally got round to registering!

was a brief member of the old x5drivers forum before it got shut down - good to see it back :thumbsup:

currently driving an e70 x5 sd and an e46 m3. bought my x5 during the scrappage promotion last year - great family bus.

am not good at uploading photos - will try to post some pics once i work out how to do it!

Not sure I would call an X a bus, but sure is good for the family :driving:

Nice one Sanj - The cars are far too filthy for some new photos but found some old ones below:

The X5 is a 3.0sd SE sapphire black with dynamic pack, media pack, beige leather, 3rd row seats and few other options. Currently on 14k miles and been trouble free so far :driving:
It is booked in for its annual routine maintenance check next week - the service indicator is saying another 8k miles til the first service is due. Overall its been great to drive with plenty of power - a good family car but mpg is slightly disappointing.

haha 5hep! but then you would say that! they both are a pain to clean though.

i will definitely take some better photos and write a short review of my ownership of the x5 over the next few weeks.
