logo photoshop question

i have been having a little play and come up with a sort of logo sign writing for my van, i have done it on paint as its all i can use, can anyone tell me somewhere i can make adjustments to it and make it ultra clear as if i send it to get made into a 4ft wide sticker it will be pixelated, thanks

If you can work out the image size - based on posters being around 40 to 80dpi - that should give you the dimensions of your 'canvas' in pixels for width and height.  You can go to higher resolution - say up to 350dpi - but you need something like Corel's Paint Shop Pro, or a similar drawing package.  Not sure what the pros use now, probably Adobe Illustrator Cloud - I have the last non-cloud version, CS6.

I can print stuff up to 60cm x 1500cm, but not on the materials you need - wrong inks.

Look up 'van sign writers' and have a chat with them if your computer cannot work on that size 'canvas'.  Do they not need the file as a .tif or .png?  You could also do it as an A3 artwork and get them to rescale/re-sample it so you lose the pixelation.
