Is the 3.0sd engine, gearbox same as LCI e60 535d from 2007+

[/quote]Engine should be the same but the sump is different as it holds the front diff on the X5, also the X5 gearbox may be different as its set up to drive a transfer box and not just a rear axle like the e60.
