Cheap BMW Scanner

Hi has anyone bought one of these, or similar, and are they compatible with Windows 7 for instance ?

I got one exactly the same and it was fine
I run it I'm XP but there is a lot of info on the net that states you can run it on win 7

I have BMW scanner 1.4.0 and mine runs with no issue on windows 7 32 bit

I might give it a go, I've downloaded Virtual PC / Windows XP successfully this morning. (I hope!)
I got stung last year with the BMW TIS disk I bought which I couldnt get to run, but got my money back at least.
It was only really as this particular item was cheap and cheerful and there wouldnt be much chance of getting ya money back from that lot !

I have tried to install the Virtual PC/ Windows XP program but it wont let me !
I have to have Window 7 'Professional' for it to work, only have 'Home Premium' on the Laptop.
Dah !!
So do I risk the Cheapo Scanner ?
