ebay scams

so ive listed my old range rover wheels, middle of the night they sell at the buy it now price, i wake to an email saying im from germany have no paypal account but 37 positive feed backs, they want to send the money via bank transfer, i cancell the transaction and report him to ebay, to get another email from him saying hes genuine and is pissed that ive reported him to ebay, i put in the add no overseas postage so he says he get dpd to collect, anyway i look in my paypal account and theres a £250 payment pending from him?? (they are cracked 22s) so am i now scamming him out of £250 or is this still some sort of scam where he does a chargeback, in the meantime ive a genuien uk buyer offer ::) ::)

Don't accept his money mate he may be ok but if you've got a uk buyer it's easier.

If you have stated NO OVERSEAS bidders then you are covered in not following through under the terms of contract within EBay.
He was in breach for not abiding by your T&Cs as stated within the Auction.
Explain this and return / reject monies.

I recently had one do this and was a nightmare sorting delivery...
Really not worth the effort.

Might have been hasty in reporting prior to a mail to him, but that is just my opinion..
That could cause issues if this gets to a complaint scenario..
However that said he should have contacted you first...

(or am i being naive again???)
