X5 2005 front wheel noise

Hi I have a x5 2005 3.0 d,problem I got is when I turn right there is a rubbing/squeaking noise coming from left hand front wheel.doesnt happen if I turn left or go in a straight line,had a look can't see anything rubbing

Any ideas what it could be,

Nothing trapped behind the stone shield?  Standard tyres?

Disc pads OK?  Have the front discs got a large 'lip' on the outer edge at all?  That might rub.  Those are the simple checks.
