12v Power

Does anyone know whether the cigarette lighter socket has constant 12v power even when ignition off and doors locked
I would check but have no access to the vehicle at the moment

My E53 certainly did.
Later models don't..

Mines a 04/2006 and has constant power to front and rear sockets.

Mine is a 2005 and also has constant live.
