Im looking at replacing the pollen filter, on the E70 beast, before the "seed" season starts...
I just dont know where they are located and how to access them.
Anybody have any ideas..
Thanks..

Looking at Realoem is appears to be at the left rear of the engine bay below the black plastic trims.  If you have multi-zone climate control there seem to be two of them.  One at the back left and one over to the right somewhere.

Just did this this weekend- took me about 5 minutes (how Sytner charge £120 is beyond me!!)

It is indeed in the rear N/S on the engine bay.
Take the cover off, undo the 3 bolts and the wiring harness, flip over and replace the filters and put back together.

Useful pic-by-pic guide here (it's the US, so just go over to the passenger side to do it)

The inside filter is if you have 4 zone AC.
And for the wiring harness, i just twisted the whole thing 90 degrees from the mount rather than unclip it

The longest part was wondering why one bolt wouldn't unscrew, until i gave it another turn, and presto.

I got filters from ebay for about £20-£25.

Thanks for that.  I would never had guessed the second one was inside the car somewhere......well found.  :ok:
