Wifey's RRS Autiobiog arrives a week today, so the sole surviving X in the family (apart from our son, Malcolm that is, LOL) departs with 2 new front wheels (corrosion) and 2 new rear light clusters (water ingress) all on the excellent BMW warranty.

As for me, I had a test drive down at Bentley last week, and took the plunge on what would have been their incoming demo Mulliner spec car (on production line at the moment), but which is now my replacement vehicle; save for some retrofitting betwixt now and collection date.  Drove superbly for a big car, and mammoth grunt for a piddly V8 ;-)

So I guess I can now go hang out on the VAG forums with 535dgirl?!?

You don't have to leave I never have & I don't enjoy the Seat & Skoda forums like I do this one, your incoming motor sounds like it should be lovely & that V8 engine is very highly rated from what I have read.

Yes, no need to leave and we need anyone we can to keep that 535dbitch on his toes  8)

I may have something coming in a couple of months as well but it is not replacing the X  8)

Hmm, got me puzzled about PVRs plans now.  Knowing him, loosely, as I do, and given that he has to cart around that big full face hairdryer, I'd say he's looking at the new Alfa sportscar?  Or possibly Cayman.......
Anyway, I cant stand the suspense so am off to surf for Bentley golf accessories and regalia
