Having spent quite a bit of time there, I don't think it was a parking issue as they all park like that all over the place ...

Having seen "the types" as well that drive the X5/X6 over there, I don't think that would be the end of it either ...

Nothing to do with either the car or parking, more like the local drug dealer being sent a message.  The rest of the cars on that estate don't seem to be premium brands.  As much as I hate to see vandalism, if the owner is a crook, then so be it.
