Hello everyone, I have just sold my l322 Range Rover and bought a 2004 Black x5 to replace it.  I have got a few little issues to sort out then fingers crossed it will be a nice motor for me.  !t problem is the drivers window is slow to open/close and makes a creaking noise as it gets towards the bottom, is this a ommon problem? easy fix? I will get the door card off in the next few days.

Window issue could be the motor or the guide rails.

try greasing the guide rails, if not buy a new/recon motor

Mine did this after I replaced the handle carrier, just check that nothing is touching (like the handle cable) before buying bits.
