Wanted - E70 Aerodynamic Bodykit

Hi All,
I have recently purchased a E70 4.8i SE and want to add the E70 Aerodynamic Bodykit with Wheel Arch Extension Kit to fit larger Alloys, does the Extension Kit come with the Bodykit or is this an extra? My E70 is a 2007.
Does anyone know what the quality of the kits on Ebay are like? Has anyone got any pictures?
