X5 sadly now sold!

As per the title really, I sold my 3.0D a week and a half ago which was a real shame, but needs must and that's life I suppose. Anyway it's gone to a guy down south who used to own one nearly identical and realised he wanted another. He caught the train up to collect it and I am in no doubt he will look after it.
I still have a BMW dog guard/cargo net and some BMW roof bars so will advertise them on here.
To be honest I should have offered the car on here first but I put it on Pistonheads and it went before I had chance to advertise anywhere else.
As for the ownership experience, well I can only speak of my experience and it's the first time I have enjoyed actually buying a car, as the salesman (Mike Rawnsley at Stratstone Derby) was a genuinely nice bloke and was very down to earth and helpful.
I only owned the car for about 18months and as it was under warranty for a year of that, anything that went wrong was fixed with minimal hassle while luckily nothing failed in the last 6months. This has obviously given me a better experience than some may have had as I know how much these cars can cost to run.
I absolutely loved the way the car drove and consider myself lucky to have owned such a well specced one.
I think the option I will miss the most are the heated comfort memory seats which were just so comfortable and easy to use, open door, press button and get in and by the time the key hits the ignition it's all moved to exactly where I wanted it.
The other thing that this car introduced me to is a forum, having never even considered joining one before, I have found this one to be very helpful, entertaining, and most importantly friendly, which is precisely why I won't be closing down my membership.
The only issue I ever had with this forum was that I was never quick enough or knowledgable enough to answer any questions!, but I can't blame anybody else for that one now can I?
I am now going to email and recommend this forum to the guy I sold to and hope that he joins.
Anyway thanks for all the help and advice that I received, and I will continue to regularly read the posts.
At least I know what I would want if I came into some money-E70 with an Aero kit, well you never know, one day, I can always dream.......
Alistair.
