X5 OBD codes, one is not on the list

Hi, just bought a 57 plate 3.0d X5 and I am starting to do all the usual jobs that need doing, I had the same engine in my E91 so this engine is not that new to me.
I did a OBD scan this morning and 5 of the glow plugs had activation interrupted 4222, 4232, 4242, 5252, 4262, had this on the E91 and new plugs/controller cured this.
Also had 452A DPF system, nothing on dash or Idrive as of yet but dpf will be going shortly.
The code that is puzzling me is 42DE?? that is not on the OBD code list, I did find another member on Google that also had this code but never found out what it was.

After a code clear 42DE was gone but all the others where still there, does anyone think they just stayed in the memory ie didn't clear? or they did but as the faults are still present they just came straight back?. What I mean is you can clear the faults and then hit read faults and they are either still there or have come straight back.

The DPF probably needs a good thrashing to clear it.  Might be a bit 'sooty' if the previous owner did a lot of short journeys.  Mine regenerates about every 100 miles on short runs, but less often on motorway runs.

If the codes keep coming back then that would perhaps indicate the fault condition still exists.
Thanks for the reply, I did have the same on our last car, E91 with the same engine.
New glow plugs and controller sorted it.
As for DPF it will be going shortly, ran our E91 with no DPF and recalibrated software for two years without a problem.
Past the last two years and I had an email from VOSA saying that if it pases the smoke test they can't fail it for not having a DPF.
