BMW X5 rear air suspension sinking over night

Hi everyone

I have a 2002 x5 with rear only air suspension . I had a air leak on the drivers side air shock (which you could hear hissing) which I replaced then no problem for 6 months, then kerb side started sinking overnight so i replaced the kerb side air shock. It still sinks overnight, so I've checked all the pipes and joints on the air lines for leaks with soapy water nothing found so I'm now out of ideas has anyone come across this problem or have any good ideas to try next?

Thanks

Martin

Tbh it does appear you still have a leak somewhere but a very small one. Start at the air pump itself tbh and track all the way along. Could actually be the air bag itself with a very small hole or something.

Hi mate

I had the same with mine a while ago loosing air on the n/s/r.
I replaced the bag and fully checked the pipework wit no leaks at all.
I stripped the pump and swapped the solenoids side to side on the pump and the drop swapped sides.
I replaced the pump and it's been ok since.
It has been parked up for a few months and I charged the battery today an it was totally level.
