Newbie with X5 for growing family

Hi all
Thought I'd introduce myself here as I have already posted and received some good advice!
My 3rd venture into Beemer world, my first 325 coupe F plate in 1999, didn't end well! Then I purchased a 530d Msport 2003 in silver in 2005, great car! I sold that to make way for a V70 T5 as my dog was beginning to ruin the backseats!
Making a return to BMW after 7 years and my first foray into the 4x4 market I plumbed for the 2005 55 plate E53 4.8is in sapphire black with comms pack.
My expanding family ( 2 boys and a German shepherd) meant I wanted a change from my Audi A6 avant.
My intention is to have her lpg converted so if anyone has any advice on that I'm all ears! I've read Raj's posts and his conversion looks top dollar!
As you may have seen from my posts, I won't be doing the conversion until I make sure that the engine is sweet!
Only 91k miles with a full history, so ever hopeful I will make the V8 beast economically viable to run on a daily basis!
Looking forward to the banter! Oh, I'm from Ayrshire in not so sunny Scotland!
