A while back I went to my first ever X5 'meet' and met some lovely, knowledgeable people

One of which was RAJ who helped me with some bulb issues (where are you now my LEDs are f~'king me up, he he) and also as I had bought a car with no jack, and he had no room for his after his LPG conversion he said that we could meet up again and I could have his 'spare' jack.

I am not the most socialable person so I rarely make that journey to the dark side (Black Country) so I carried on driving with tyre weld in the boot.

Any who, I was heading for an 'eat all you can' buffet in Dudley last week, so as that was the nearest I have been to Raj since that day I contacted him (also about E70 front wipers) I asked him if the jack was still available.

So on a dark and misty wednesday night I arrived (full of curry) at his house, and I am now in possession of a car jack.

Got to see the replacement alloys for his 4.8iS, and I think they look great, the Alpina's are a lovely classy wheel. but I prefer the new MK Autosport (from memory) alloys as I am not a real fan of multi-spoke alloys. I prefer the 4.6iS alloys to the later 4.8iS as they have less spokes, so its a thumbs up for Raj's new wheels, and with the big brake conversion due to go on, and I imagine the wheels will look even better 'moving'.

Also love the insulated garage, which was warmer than my houseĀ  ::)

So THANKS again to a really nice bloke

Cheers Raj, it is appreciated

No problem at all Ant and good to see you again.

Thanks for the comments. Call me if you are having problems with the LED's and I'll happily guide you through them or meet and fit em for you.
