Enabling the inner headlight

I really want to enable the inner (pointless) headlight on my E70.
Does anyone know of anyone that's done this or any company that can supply bits to achieve this?

Nope. It contains all the parts for the angel eyes and as yet I've not seen any replacement unit on the market. I've been wondering the same for the X6. As you say, it's a complete waste for what is just a styling cue.
