I'm looking at buying one to replace my E53, but can't decide whether to get a new one, or a nearly new one. It'll be a Diesel whichever one I end up getting, assuming I can get the right spec at the right price. Don't get me wrong, I love my E53 and it's barely run in at 43k miles, but I do like the X6.
I have to admit being rather keen on the Hamann version, but I need to be a Euro Lottery winner to afford one of them
Anyone know how long the waiting list is? I had to wait 10 months for the X5 from order to delivery.

Have you got Comfort Seats on your X6? If so have you got memory seats on both sides?

So has my E71, but the Dealer said it was the first one they had ever seen with two installed and their data says passenger side only. Not that I'm complaining of course.
Interestingly the new X6 40d is shown as being a single twin scroll turbo set up. I've got twin 2-stage (believed to be twin-scroll) turbo's as reported in the press articles and completky missed by me in the brochure. The Dealer told me it was a single hairdryer, but I got two w
i'm assuming it was a typo or error when their notes were updated. The 35d we had on loan went like the proverbial greased Weasel Poo so I dread to think how quick the 40d is going to be once run in!! Only got 300 miles on it so far.
