Morning all, I have just been out for a sunday morning jaunt and once the X was fully up to temprature (including oil temp as well as water) I decided to stretch her legs. I pulled away from a roundabout at full bore and I noticed the back screen steaming up which has never happened before. At first I thought it may just be the LPG so I switched to petrol and tried again but it steamed up again. I flicked the rear wiper and it cleared it. I am not losing any coolant and it only seams to happen when at very high revs. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or even an explanation for it
TIA

Re: Rear window steaming up
If on the outside my only thought would be water vapour /steam from the exhausts rising upon to rear window.
If on inside I would say its damp or cold weather but once up to temp should clear ok

Re: Rear window steaming up
Just water vapour from the exhaust. Nothing to worry about tbh.
Re: Rear window steaming up
Mine does this as well and do notice it on cooler mornings. Nothing to worry about. I think it's just the cars way of telling me to sort the wiper arm out as I'm only clearing 1/2 the rear screen.
