Gluing ceramic

accidently broke an olf cermaic sink which is being used as a flower pot in the garden.  anyone suggest any glue which would hold it back together?  rather someone recommend a substance before i buy something whoch wouldn't hold it together.  :))

It's  going to be hard to get anything to stick something which is that heavy a material anyway. That's why people make a good living out of restoration jobs. However if you have access to workshop clamps if go for a couple of tubes of sticks like sh*t from screwfix applied generously then clamp the parts together for a couple of days and never try to move it again afterwards!

What about a 2 part epoxy adhesive like areldite? That stuff goes rock hard.

Araldite would have been my suggestion too, or perhaps Gripfill and some supports underneath to help carry the load away from the broken area?

Araldite have a new ceramic and glass 2 part mix out now, Gripfilll is too thick and the joint would go back together properly.
