Reversing Assist camera
Ext mirrors folding, auto dimming
Electric front seats with driver memory

DAB radio
Loudspeakers - business
Telephone USB interface
Mobile App prep
Headlining Anthracite
She previously had a 335d and after the snow last year wanted to move to a 4WD and the 3's weren't yet available. She hasn't looked back and has been really happy with it. The only issue we had (see other thread in X1 forum) was that in January, I noticed that the BMW Assist was missing (possibly as it was an early LCI?). The dealer investigated and agreed to rebuild the car - the new one only arrived yesterday.
The one thing that I really didn't like about the xLine X1 was the hard steering wheel and heavy steering at low speeds. It seems you can only order the better leather wheel on the MSport. On the latter, it has been fixed in the replacement car that came yesterday! Apparently BMW received a lot of feedback on it and changed it.
I drive a E70 LCI 40d MSport and the things I notice in comparison are:
Positives
- smoother ride on the 18" runflats

Minor negatives
- Dash doesn't feel quite as upmarket (but you would kind of hope so!)
- Comfort access sounds a bit nosier and only works when touching front handles
- No top down view on reversing camera
All pretty minor though.
