Are these the ones that bolt to the hub then have new bolt holes for the wheels? Or is it just extended bolts?

These are hub-centric and bolt to the hub first before wheel is fitted ....

I'm just trying to find pics of 20mm spacers on a 4.6is rear!
In my head I'm thinking I need 25 - 30mm. I had 25mm on my 4.4 and it was perfect, but different wheels and no wider arches like the 4.6is
