Reset of service garage contact on the x5 computer

On the computer of my imported x5, I have contact number for the Italian dealer that originally supplied the car, I would like to change them to the local garage I use! Does anybody know how to reset them? I have tried manythings, without luck, I have also look on Youtube, but found nothing.
