Wow! Seeing the pics of the dash, then the boot and rear seats immediately took me back years to when we last had our X3 and the kids were tiny.
Weird how such an everyday picture can be so powerfully evocative.

And the Berlin Wall image reminds of sitting watching telly as some guy with a pick axe standing and chipping away at the wall over twenty years back.....sat watching in amazement as the world I had grown up in changed overnight....

I was in Berlin for Easter 2011 and had a good time . Such a clean place. The train system working on an honesty system was a little stange.

But they do have inspectors plain clothes and uniform and they go around in (what i would call ) Gangs they will fine you €40 for not having a ticket they fine you less €15 if caught smoking,they love there Fags over here.

Yes I did experience one of these 'gangs', very intimidating. They found about six people on the train I was on. They took them off the train at the next stop. Not sure what happened then! :pokey: :chair:
