ipod connection for music

what's the best way to connect ipod/iphone so i can listen to my music i have a e53 with sat nav, is there something i can replace the cd changer so i can connect my ipod?

Or for a cheaper option try a Connects2.

Dension also do a connection so that you can keep the CD changer too
