6 disc changer unit

Hi, just wondering if anyone has got one for sale for my 2004 E53, taken mine to bits 3 times now & it keeps sticking whilst picking the discs......the kids are doing me head in wanting their CDs on!!
I'd be greatful if anyone has got one stored away.
