Found this on eBay, which looks like its the Haulingan unit but, I have a couple of questions if some one in the know could help that would be great.....

Can anyone tell if this is a MK4 or MK5 unit? I've asked the seller and he just came back with all stock is less than 2 weeks old, can't seem to pin him down on it!
It also says in the ad that as I have the OEM Satnav I'll have to purchase an extra 5m cable. Do I really need this? Surely I'll just be using the Satnav on the new head unit.
Many thanks in advance

Re: Stereo help please....
its looks like a hauligan. I think the issue here is that as these units are made in China, there are no licensing laws, or actually what licensing laws there are are very seldom adhered to.
One factory can make a fascia face and it can be used on multiple devices that are then manufactured by different companies.
I think the technology used in Dynavins/Hauligans are widely used in an array of modules that are coming out of China, its just that these "manufacturers" and others such as Eonon spend a bit more money on marketing themselves as a "brand" as people are always more inclined to go for a branded item.
Regarding the cable I believe this is correct as all the modules that connect to the OEM unit are in the boot. Do a quick search on the forum as there has been plenty of topics on this matter already.
