MOT until October 2013, serviced in October 2012 with clutch replacement and 2 new front tyres.

Colour: Black Magic; 5 doors manual.

Mileage is 69800.





The insurance costs for the car is excellent, I pay £600 for the main driver being my 19 year old daughter, with my 18 year old son as a second driver.

Price: £1250

What's happening with the nippers then?  Are they moving up to the Fiat?

Nope, bought a 2 year old 85ps Polo 1.4 today.

Insurance increase was £150 which I thought was fine. I always told them that after a couple of years on a cheaper car, a more expensive one would be more affordable to insure.

They sure have moved on, more like a Golf nowadays.

No pvr is moving down to that, the kids are getting the Z4 (his) and X5 (hers.....more room for shopping etc)...... >:D

And it is an Abarth, not a Fiat

Okay, I'll bite, what's the difference other than a few scary scorpion badges?  At the end of the day it still started life as a Fiat Panda!  . ( I've had one for a few years and a very honest car.)

It is not made in the same factory and only shares a few components with Fiat.

The engine is different, the body is different, the wheels etc. You can't have it serviced by Fiat either as that invalidates the warranty. Just had it serviced and had to drive an hour to my nearest dealer.

Think they are made in the same factory as the Ford Ka and Ferrari (in Poland of all places). Guess it sounds better if I drop the Ford Ka bit of course  ::)

Yes,  I'd like to be able to say built next to Ferrari as well.  Do you think Ferrari owners say, 'yeah, made along side Abraths you know.'  ::)

It's still a bloody fiat

Thought the polo looked tidy until I saw the wheels!!! Halfrauds covers.

As we all know though wheels have never been your thing!

No - still got it. Just removed the BT kit and the radio, still got a bit more to do before I sell it.

It had black caps anyway on them 

Sold within 1 day on Pistonheads.

Could have sold it multiple times so perhaps too cheap ...  :'(
