Hi guy's, i have the chance of another X5 2006 (56) absolutely mint with 38000 on the clock for the right money but it is a private sale so no chance of a trade in.
To that end, i will need to sell mine privately to help fund the new one and would be interested in your opinions as to what i should be asking for mine.

Sept 2002 X5 sport 4.4
94000 miles, service history, 8 stamps in book, all bar the last one BMW. Last one BMW specialist less than 3000mls ago. MOTd till July
Had new auto box fitted by BMW at 71000
All the toys, Nav, TV, factory phone, CD multi changer, sunroof etc.
It also has a nice body kit and BMW 20" alloys (AW8 told me what the kit and alloys were sometime ago but i forget :? )
Car is in good nick apart from the odd stone chip.
Will add a pic when i figure out how.

Jim

Thanks x555, thats is the kit AW8 mentioned before. Not sure about the wheels though as it was BMW themselves that fitted them at point of new purchase ? You may well be correct though.

They could have been bought later or purchased as an accessory upgrade from new.

It looks very nice albeit I'd probaly debadge the flanks.

Hard to value without driving, viewing & checking integrity of car & history though I reckon with those ruims and ther boddykit it has the potential to make a grand on top of comparable 4.4i's of same year and spec minus aero pack & larger rims.

Autotrader, Pistonhead &/or ebay calssifieds may serve to point to asking price but do consider those prices are in the main likely for cars that havent sold.

I really like the look of your car & if someone is sekking a topaz blue 4.4i then yours will stand out head & shoulders over others.

Thanks for the input AW8. As stated previously, i am looking to upgrade and the option i have on the other is at the "right" money, so as such, i don't have to be over greedy on my own to balance the figures. Have advertised locally and also put on ebay to test the water so to speak.
