Two people in one car seat

Really annoys me when people do this! Besides the obvious, down right stupid and dangerous, what would the coppers do if they stopped you? Points? Fine? Hope so!!
It's certainly not the wisest thing to do.
I have it on fairly good authority that a driver could technically be prosecuted for Dangerous , (owing to manner in which passengers carried).
