Thought about the Intravee? Better integration...
Plus other extras (have a quick search, loads n here). You'll like what you find.

As Sanj says, Intavee is the only way to go........and I just happen to have one for sale in the Buy and Sell section of the site.

you can tap into the audio lines at cd changer and have both if you want to keep cd, only the volume will work when playing iPod. intravee is the daddy

Funnily enough I e-mailed them on Friday because I wanted same thing , except I DON'T want to
lose my charger as I have i-pod and Missus doesn't !! They're system seems very good the way
they described it . But I've no experience of either Connects2 or Intravee to be honest !!

With what system is this ?? Because I want to keep my charger , but everywhere I check , there is no system
to be able to do this , they all say you have to lose the charger to 'feed' the i-pod !!

i just connected a 2 way switch into the CD feed to the radio and fitted a 3.5mm jack on to the second setting.
Then when radio set to CD can switch between CD changer or IPod.
Admittedly you will only have manual control of the pod, but at less than £1.50 for parts has something going for it??

Having had no contact from you not sure what I can do
Just so that everyone knows, I am currently considering buying a Z4 and if I get 1 with Nav I shall be keeping the Intravee. Originally I had planned on a Z3 so the Intravee would've been surplus to requirements. Now changed to the Z4 option, consequently it's now not for sale for the time being.
