Noticed the forum and had to join as I have ordered the X6 40d and am just waiting for delivery now in April.  However a big hello to everyone from rainy Manchester.  Already read some interesting threads, great job.

Hello Peter and... :hi:

Another 40d owner to be eh?  Excellent.  Just what we need to wind pvr up some more.  Not a Man Pink one too by any chance is it....that would really get to him.... :)) :))

Hi and  :hi: Peter,

Another set of oval exhausts to take the fight to pvr.  Don't worry too much about the comments Peter, pvr just has an unhealthy reaction to said exhaust.

Looks like a lovely motor you have on its way to you.  Just the never ending wait now!  ::)

Hi Peter, nice car you've got coming. I looked at the Azurite Black for my X5 - really nice colour. I had to draw the line on the options and go for Carbon Black!

We have a meet organised for 27th April, should you have it and be inclined! Nr Birmingham...

Welcome aboard and congrats on the new order/purchase.

Sounds like a nice colour combo.

As Sanj has said, if it arrives by the 27th April you'll have to convoy down with snipez to the meet at RAF Cosford.

Thanks for the messages, indeed pictures will be coming but I don't have the car yet.  April 14th was the date I last got from Bluebell.  I have got pics of my M5 but don't think these would go down to well on this forum  :noexpression:  carbon Black was my first choice but its only available on the X6 M50d  :(. Unfortunately I am to buying one of those for my wife but was sorely tempted by the carbon black one in the show room although the spec was a bit low.
