In that case - that's the same as my link and they're not flip-out (like a flick-knife) but the one you push the button and pull out.
And no - they don't work on the E53. The front end is the bit that gets pushed into the dash and you use the Start/Stop button. The bit that comes out only locks/unlocks the car.

That requires butchering - sorry carefully taking apart - your existing key and transferring all the guts over to the new case. Expensive if you get it wrong though. You probably need to get the key blade cut too - that's the easy bit though..
Looks nice, but you could put you key in a nice leather key case instead. The car came with one like that on the right here....saves holes in pockets though it's not as snazzy as the newer key shape of course.

That's why I couldn't find it - it's not OEM.
Everything Richard has said plus the all important transponder that starts the car is sealed into the carcass. Don't do it buddy.

Can you do the fronts ?

Yes - but they have to let in 70% VTL, (visible transmitted light). In other words you can tint upto 30% past the B-pillar.
Don't do more mate - if you get pulled, they make you peel it there and then and if yours is illegal heaven-forbid you have an accident, insurance is void plus you could be prosecuted if it's though to be a contributing factor.
