I tend to agree that it is a lot of dosh. Would you find the information displayed useful?  Having the acceleration times displayed would have me performing max acceleration every time.  That would soon drop the mpg into the teens!  :'(

Not so sure it would be useful in the X but I'd like one for my M3!!! Would be seeing single figure fuel economy for sure with that....

I like um......but given the current choice of that or a Baby Travel System I think I may have a teensy bit of trouble getting it approved.  Starts to make the car more like a Nissan GTR.....

wow, expensive.  If it was truly "integreated" then surely you'd still be able to send hot or cold air through it in the direction of ones choice?

A thousand pound gimmick mate.
You lose half your central air vent and only the oil temp would be truly useful; the acceleration/mph bit could be done by a Driftbox, far far better, and for around 1/3rd the cost of that unit.  http://www.driftbox.com/drift.html

I would also be VERY wary of installing something like this on a BMW loom (ie. warranty out the window)

It has been discussed over here too: http://www.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=759650

My mate was over yesterday with his and the display is proper addictive on the GTR. His is totally stock at the mo but OMG the acceleration is just CRAZY.
