All down to personal taste but nearly everyone that has seen it so far likes it.
Dropped off on a Monday morning and was sent this picture part way through the strip down and the wheels off . . . .
I returned a week later to this . . .
De badged side and rear . . .
And powder coated satin finish wheels. . . .
The before and after pics. . . .
It looks much better than I expected it would, the rear lights have been tinted today and will put a pic on tomorrow. Just the roundels to be changed to black/white on wheels and front/back (if I can get the back one off)

Actually that's not half bad in all honesty. It probably only works with a couple of colours - yours being one of them.....my Dealer has a 'flat Blue' M3 limited edition in the showroom. Been there for months and months. It just looks wrong......whereas yours doesn't
What type of angel eyes are you using?

Black and the shape/size of the car are ideal for it, the wife has had her 1series wrapped in a metallic satin blue that matches the original LeMans Blue.
I didn't like the idea of the colour but it looks amazing in the flesh and when it is clean but terrible when it is dirty. She loves it so thats all that matters as she is the boss! :'(
The Angels are LUX V3 LED's and in those pictures the lighting in the workshop makes them look blue.

Yeah, why not? Matte Black has been hugely popular and is a great finish. I'm still interested to know how the finish looks after, say, a year of washes as compared to investing in a detailer to look after your car. Please therefore do keep us [me!] posted.

So to confirm your car has been wrapped? So the look of a mat finish without the hassle of mat paint. I like the stealthy look. What sort of price for this.

How about chrome. I would say that could be dangerous in sunshine but then again, very little chance of that where I live.

I personally love it!!
Very interested tho as above of how it looks in say a year, I've seen a few white wrapped range rovers that have bubbles etc and look terrible, I'm also yet to be convinced about the 'if you don't like it just peel it off and the original paint will be perfect'
Good luck with it looks good, keep us posted, oh and the flat le mans colour? I saw mine part way through been painted and it looked matte le mans and it looked so good I was tempted to tell him to leave it that way!

:puke: Too much info!
So did they get under the door trims and take the wheel arch surrounds off to get right behind them?
Need a black grille to finish it all off.
You don't own the company, do you?

Not cheap if you want a good job sadly, not sure of the exact cost as both cars were booked in together for Maps, tints & wraps so we got a discount but around £1500 + VAT for the wrap that includes the door jams and sills. Also if bubbles appear they will sort them out. I have heard of people doing it on the cheap and you can see that nothing is stripped and it starts to peel straight away or as said bubbles appear.

Can't jet wash it or (polish it obviously) and washing is just a matter of water a sponge and a tiny bit of car shampoo.
As for the bush marks . . . . . She waxes it.

As far as I am aware they took everything off including the bumpers and I can't see the end of the vinyl when I look in the gaps. They have even wrapped the thin piece if trim that is each side of the windscreen. The picture was taken after the front was done I think as I stole it from their Facebook page. When (or if) it stops raining I WILL get a picture of the lights and the fiddly bits.

Not sure about the grille, quite like the contrast but I did say that about the roundels.

I was not even aware the company existed until I spoke to a lad who works for Chips Away and asked him if he knew somewhere that did window tints. That chat cost me a fortune but "Meh" you only live once and I love the result.
