Can anyone help me with what the tightening torque is for the head bolts on my 2004 3.0d X5. Been searching bmw spaghetti but cant find it?

Managed to find it after searching for ages. Here it is just incase anyone ever needs it

1. 80Nm
2. Slacken off half turn
3. 50Nm
4. 90 degrees
5. 90 degrees

Quite tight but not really suprised as they were tight coming undone earlier
