Hi there all.

I have been looking around for a suitable X based forum and have found a suitable UK based site at last.

I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself and let you know a little about me.

I'm not yet an X owner, but hope to be in the very near future; definately before the inclement weather comes along again..... or SWMBO will not be amused
I will undoubtedly require a shove in the right direction at times with advice or support so will call here first.
I do own a BM allbeit a '99 E46 318i ES saloon (my runnabout) and as I have had to do many repairs on this and all my vehicles over the years I may even be able to help someone else oneday.

I look forward to updating my profile with my purchase when it happens, until then, thank you and keep up the great site.

Hi there and thank you for the warm welcome.

I will hopefully be looking at a 3.0d M-sport E70 but that all depends on the exact budget at the time I'm looking.
Trouble I have is SWMBO has quite a specific spec in mind, you know what they are like, even though it will be my car....

I havn't had a chance to look yet but do you have an E70 guide?

As usual, the various 'packs' seem to change in content between different years, and BMW don't keep any back dated brouchures or info - bless.
