What can I do when I lost my car keys?

I lost my car's key last night, this was the only. But I don't know what can I do, and I'm very busy in recent days, I have no time to go to the auto-repair shop. So I went online to find a solution. I searched a key programmer named AK90(SK38). Is it useful for my car (BMW X3 2006)? And how can I use it? Please help me. Thanks!
