went for a visit there today, shared a travel lodge with the mstyle cars and a very tasty looking kitted x6, but in the whole show ground there was a standard 4.6is and a smart looking 4.8is that was there last year, and a tasy whit x6, no other x's in the whole show, perhaps next year we should have an x drivers club stand and show them all what real cars are!!

Nuts! Forgot it was on this weekend :'(
I should imagine it was a bit warm though.....
I've been a member of the BMW GB Club for years, but their X Forum is hardly used and very 'staid' unlike this wonderful group. We might be a little wild for them. Still a good X turnout would make a difference from modded 3-er cars which seemed to occupy the place last time I went.

A couple of friends were going up in their 1m coupe to the show.
I considered it but thought weather was going to be a bit iffy over there today, anyhow sound like the xdriver should attend next year and I'm up for it

the weather there today was 28c absolutly red hot, came back up north to rain and thunder storms, but yeh it deffinatly lacked all x models, 1 e53 pre face lift, 1 e53 facelift and 2 x6 in the whole thing out of 1000s of cars

I should have been there on the EvoTechnik stand but first year in about 7 I had to miss it. Next year will be a definite and I'm more than happy to sort it next year if there's interest.

Why not have an XDrivers stand?
I would definitely be up for it, and it would be good to see a face behind the name.

Sounds good to me - if you give me enough notice and keep reminding me there is a good chance I will turn up
