Hi Mate

How have you confirmed its the high pressure pump (pump on engine)?
The relay feeds the fuel pump under the main floor of the car , have you tested this?
the pump under the floor generates pre supply pressure and at the outlet of this or at the fuel supply pipe under the bonnet you should have aprox 5bar fuel pressure on cranking , have you checked this with a guage?
From there the high pressure pump vastly raises the pressure but if the pressure in the fuel rail is low you may also have a leaking injector that will effect rail pressure on cranking and cause a non start, the high pressure pump can fail but its quite rare its much more common to have a pre supply pump fail or leaking injector, i would check the pre supply pressure and have the injector leak off tested before putting a hpp on it unless you have already done so.

Try euro car parts for a pump.
