Does the E71 have Isofix on the rear seat as standard?

Yeah should do, mandatory for all cars since 2000 (I think).

Definitely does.  EU models have ISOFIX and US models have LATCH (well they had to be different didn't they, even if it's the same!).  There are also additional 'hard points' on the back of the backrest for seats that have a securing 'tether' strap that uses those type mounting points.
