Wow.....................lot's of great pics- thanks mate.
The One-77 is probly most desireable car for me albeit the Bentley with colourful wheels also stands out - shame it's for the wrong reasons.
I see your lens was liking the GTR's though I suspect you may be looking at early & nicely presented Conti's more favourably now
Hope you didn't get too wet........Looked a bit grey in places.

I see the Conti's in a new light :-[
Very grey day, well spotted. There were lots of those in wellies but there was the odd, mature lady in high heels that made for amusement.

Cheers Guys.
Matathon pic session Sanj :-[
Beemer was nice and refined but maybe too nice. Looked a little ill proportioned but nicely built.

Hmm...Smiling to self after confirmation of my suspicions.
Answer to your question would be a major turbo failure & getting it sorted at a main dealer.....but I know you wouldn/t be that daft to take it there for that if out of warranty
It's very similar to a Phaeton underneath I believe. Watch out for brake replacement costs & maybe missing stamps in book from those too rich to care.
You may find
this thread interrsting..............bear with it as there's some decent content within same if you stick with it.
If in market for a Conti GT as a keeper for a while I would Consider 996 Turbo or CLS & some change in back pocket...........Note I haven't mentioned other toys potentially on your hypothetical radar

Thanks for all the photos, its making me want to go there and see the cars close up.
Regarding the GT my brother in law had a second hand one very nice but very thirsty at £200 per week in fuel so being skint very quickly comes to mind. He also said it's a wider car so w Roth bearing in mind. I was offered to take it for a spin but turned down as was bit worried if anything went wrong.
I am sure read an article (poss top marques or evo magazine) about them but not sure. Iirc the earlier ones had a few electrical gremlins his was an 05 and seemed fine but if I could afford one I have it as you only have one life

Cheers Guys
Did see that PH thread and theres alot of scaremongery going on. To add to my woes, the other contenders are;
Ferrari 456 GTA M
Nissan GTR
Maserati Granturismo
I know whichever way I go, I'm in trouble
